The 17th annual Crosslake WinterFest event will take place Thursday-Saturday, Jan. 30-Feb. 1, throughout Crosslake. Activities include a medallion hunt, outdoor festivities Friday evening and SoupFest on Saturday along with numerous other activities throughout the day.

Following is a schedule of events:

Thursday, Jan. 30

  • 9 a.m.: Find the Lost Medallion.

The first of three daily clues will be released at local merchants, on the Crosslake App and at crosslake.com. Find the Lost Medallion and take it to Lake Country Crafts & Cones to receive a prize basket of products and services donated by Crosslake Chamber member businesses.

Friday, Jan. 31

  • 9 a.m.: Find the Lost Medallion. The second of three daily clues will be released.

  • 3:30-5:30 p.m.: Cabin Fever Carnival and open enrollment at Crosslake Community School, featuring kids games, bake walk, food and fun. Meet Bobber the Water Safety Dog.

  • 6:30 p.m.: Meat raffle at the Crosslake-Fifty Lakes American Legion.

  • 7-9 p.m.: Celebrate WinterFest at the Crosslake Community Center. Bring skates and sleds for ice skating and a snow mountain, a bonfire and s'mores, horse-drawn sleigh rides, Crosslake fire trucks on display, games, warming house, hot apple cider, free chili compliments of Crosslake Lutheran Church, and music with DJ “JP.” WinterFest gear including sweatshirts, beer koozies and wristbands will be on sale.

  • 9 p.m.: WinterFest fireworks by Flashing Thunder behind the Crosslake Community Center.

  • 7 p.m.-1 a.m.: Music by DJ Mike at Andy's Bar & Grill.

  • 8 p.m.: Trivia at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant.

  • 10:30 p.m.-2 a.m.: Music by DJs JP & Dana at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant & Bar.

Saturday, Feb. 1

  • 8-11 a.m.: Stonehouse Coffee tasting at Lake Country Crafts & Cones.

  • 8-11:30 a.m.: Crosslake firefighters’ pancake breakfast at Crosslake Lutheran Church.

  • 9 a.m.: Find the Lost Medallion. The third and final clue will be released.

  • 9 a.m.-3 p.m.: Craft and vendor show at Crosslake Community School.

  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Tiki bar, beach bonfire and taco & nacho bar at Manhattan Beach Lodge.

  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Kids craft/games at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant & Bar.

  • 11 a.m.-dusk: Helicopter rides (weather permitting) at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant & Bar.

  • Noon: 17th annual SoupFest competition begins (until soup is gone). Visit participating businesses offering soup samples and vote for your favorite. Trophies will be given for People’s Culinary Choice, People’s Amateur Choice and Overall Judges Choice. Download the Crosslake App to vote for your People’s Choice favorites.

  • Noon: Bocce ball tournament with all ages welcome at Riverside Saloon & Eatery.

  • Noon-3 p.m.: Family fun at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Campground with kids games, bonfire, s'mores and water safety T-shirts.

  • Noon-5 p.m: Pond Hockey Classic at the Crosslake Community Center ice rink.

  • 12:30 p.m.: Italian Olympics at Maucieri's Italian Bistro with multiple bar games for prizes.

  • 1 p.m.: Bingo for ages 18+ at Manhattan's.

  • 1-4 p.m.: Sno Barons radar runs and spinning ice carousel on the bay (weather permitting) at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant & Bar.

  • 1-5 p.m.: Karaoke with Paul & Lisa at Riverside Saloon & Eatery.

  • 1:30 p.m.: Bingo at Crosslake-Fifty Lakes American Legion.

  • 2 p.m.: $500 mega meat raffle with the final package valued at more than $100 at The Bourbon Room.

  • 2-4 p.m.: Live music featuring Andy Fischer at Manhattan Beach Lodge.

  • 2-6 p.m.: Live music featuring Dylan Raph & Mark Johnson at The Cedar Chest.

  • 4:30 p.m.: Seafood raffle at Andy's Bar & Grill.

  • 5 p.m.: Live music featuring MoDell at The Bourbon Room.

  • 7 p.m.-1 a.m.: Music by DJ Mike at Andy's Bar & Grill.

  • 8 p.m.: All day bonfire and music by DJ Blackhouse at The Wharf.

  • 10 p.m.-2 a.m.: Music by DJs JP & Dana at Moonlite Bay Family Restaurant & Bar.
