Aundra Erickson, Country Financial representative in Pequot Lakes, presents Pequot Lakes Police Chief Eric Klang with a $750 donation Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, at Pequot Lakes' National Night Out event in Trailside Park. The donation is part of Country Financial's Helping Heroes promotion. Erickson will also donate $750 to the Backus Fire Department. Last year's donations went to the Pequot Lakes and Pine River fire departments.
