October is Cooperative Month and Crow Wing Power wants to show appreciation for members at a Cruisin’ for Cookies drive-through event from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at the cooperative’s headquarters on Highway 371 north of Brainerd.
Members can drive through to receive a six-pack of cookies and milk. Kids will get string backpacks with school supplies and activities.
Participating members are encouraged to take photos of their families enjoying the goodies and send them to the co-op via a link on the Crow Wing Power website for a chance for a randomly drawn $50 bill credit. Specific information will be handed out at the event.
