Cornhole tournament on tap at Crosslake Days

Event starts at 10 a.m. Sept. 25

The second annual cornhole tournament sponsored by the Knights of Columbus of Crosslake and Emily will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, in conjunction with Crosslake Days.

In addition to the competitive tournament offering a first-place prize of $1,000, they have added a friends and family tournament featuring prizes from local merchants.

The family and friends competition is scheduled from 10-11:30 a.m. and the champions from noon to 3 p.m. Scoring for both tournaments will follow the rules of the American Cornhole Association.

Entry fees are $20 per team for the family and friends and $75 per team for the champions. All proceeds will be donated to the numerous Knights of Columbus charities.
