Community Action of Pequot Lakes partnered with Operation Home Front and Dollar Tree Stores to collect toy donations for Eagle View Elementary School.
Community Action donated an additional $250 for the school to use for kids in need. Pequot Lakes Dollar Tree Store Manager Steven English and his staff collected more than 700 toys, along with the Park Rapids store for a total of about 1,000 toys donated.
A few of the Eagle View Elementary School third-grade students were on hand to help collect the donations.
