The Central Lakes Community Performing Arts Center announces the lineup for its “Show Off!” a low-key, low-pressure talent show to hit the outdoor stage at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 24, on the south lawn of the Brainerd campus.
The coaches for the event are: Steven Anderson, retired CLC music instructor and well-known solo performer; Sarah Aamot, CLC voice instructor and director of the Legacy Chorale; and Beth Selinger, local actress and director.
Emcees are Patrick Spradlin and Maren Goff Martin.
Appearing in the show are:
Katey Haons, performing an original slam poem.
Conroy Scott, playing guitar and singing an original song called, “The Long Lung Blues.”
Andy Cook, performing an original song.
Charley Wagner, playing an original song.
Rosalie Flynn, 9, performing on violin.
Zanna Gray, singing “Hallelujah” with her brother, Christian Freeburg, providing accompaniment.
Benjiman Schlegel, showcasing his dancing skills to the song “Us Against the World.”
Bella Hansen, singing a song called “Xs and Os.”
All COVID-19 related precautions will be in effect for both performers and audience members.
Audience members are encouraged to read and follow the COVID-19 guidelines posted on the CLC website at clcmn.edu. A pre-screening tool is found there; those who haven’t completed the screening will be asked to do so at the event. Names and phone numbers will be requested for potential contact tracing.
