Lana Skindelien, of Bloomington, won the O scale model train and layout raffled off by the Northern Minnesota Railroad Heritage Association on Dec. 9. The Skindeliens have a cabin on Big Trout Lake.

Train club members began putting the framework for the O scale layout together last spring, and it was on display at the club and several other venues.

The NMRHA is looking for a new location for its museum, as it will move out of its current location on County Road 3 in Crosslake at the end of June. Anyone with potential location ideas can call the museum at 218-821-8357.

The museum is currently closed while members do inventory on all the layouts, tracks, model trains, tools, displays, store items, etc. It will reopen in early spring.

Special tours can be arranged for a large group of ten or more people. To schedule a tour, call 218-821-8357.
