Pine River Area DAC to celebrate 40 years with open house Friday

The Pine River Area Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) will mark 40 years since it was established in 1976 by hosting an open house from 3-5 p.m.Friday, May 20, at its facility on County Road 2 west of Pine River.

The Pine River Area Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) will mark 40 years since it was established in 1976 by hosting an open house from 3-5 p.m.Friday, May 20, at its facility on County Road 2 west of Pine River.

Having people reach their full potential is one of the aims of the DAC, a nonprofit organization that employs and provides services to those with developmental disabilities, either at the DAC center or in the community.
