Nurse practitioner Esther Doele has joined Essentia Health Convenient Care-Baxter.
As part of the convenient care team, Doele will diagnose and treat a variety of minor illnesses and injuries in adults and children age 18 months and older.
Doele has been working at the Convenient Care on a part-time basis since August, and looks forward to practicing there full time.
"I love the variety of patients I get to care for, and the people I've met in the Brainerd lakes area are very welcoming," she said.
Doele earned a master's degree in nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Essentia Health Convenient Care-Baxter is located in Cub Foods in Baxter and is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Convenient Care treats patients age 18 months or older on a walk-in basis. Care is provided by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
