Heartland Hospice awards Champion of Care award to Heritage House

Heartland Hospice announces the presentation of a Champion of Care award to Heritage House of Pequot Lakes in recognition of dedication and excellence in care practices and services to its residents and families.

Heartland Hospice announces the presentation of a Champion of Care award to Heritage House of Pequot Lakes in recognition of dedication and excellence in care practices and services to its residents and families.

Heritage House is an active senior living community that offers a wide variety of living rooms and suites with services, including partnering with Heartland Hospice when needed.

"Heartland is privileged to work so closely with a community such as Heritage House. The manner in which the staff at Heritage House provides care to residents and families compliments the Heartland experience, meeting residents and families wherever they are at in life's journey," said Heidi Hagen, manager of business development, Heartland Hospice.

Heartland management presented Heritage House with a certificate May 15. Heritage House staff attended included Administrator Jane Pantzke, Assistant Administrator Jeff Udy, Director of Nursing Maggie McCormick, along with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, resident caregivers and community staff.

The celebration included presentation of the award, a cake and ice cream social for staff.

"The staff at Heritage House would like to thank Heartland Hospice for their tireless dedication and passionate services to residents in need at Heritage House," Pantzke said.
