One plan that I like to share with my patients is the Mediterranean diet. It's not a diet that you start and stop. It's a specific pattern of eating, not specific dishes or cuisine. The traditional meal on a stick is the shish kabob - a combination of about any type of meat and a few vegetables, which is a whole meal in itself. The Grilled Jerk Chicken Kabobs have a bit of a zing. But you can control the heat by adjusting the amount of seasoning you sprinkle over the top before grilling. PineandLakes.com Illustration
