Jenkins: Council approves decreased levy
The Jenkins City Council approved the final 2015 payable 2016 general tax levy amount at $252,200 on Monday, Dec. 14. Compared to the previous levy, this amount is a 5.146 percent decrease. The council also approved a $266,810.24 operational budget.
