Bernice Maria Weisgram, age 97, formerly of Pine River, passed away of natural causes on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, in Grass Valley, Calif., where she moved three years ago to be near her daughter. She was born Dec. 29, 1910, in St. Paul, to John and Alma Peterson.
Bernice is survived by daughter, Joan Wiens of Grass Valley, Calif.; sons, Gary Jenson of Crosslake, and David Jenson of St. Paul; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands, William Jenson and Wallace Weisgram; brothers, Arnold Peterson, Walter Peterson, Russell Peterson and Raymond Peterson; cousins, Richard Peterson and Lois Peterson.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Pine River, with Father Bruce Engen officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine River. Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
