Snap Fitness offers strength, cardio classes
Without the assistance of a personal trainer it is difficult to know which exercises to do, how to do them correctly and how long to do them. It is also hard to push yourself to your full potential if you are working out alone.
The Power Pump Class at Snap Fitness can solve this problem for you by placing you in a supportive group with the leadership of Kristen Gangl, a Snap certified instructor and personal trainer.
The classes are choreographed to upbeat music and participants are guided through the exercises from start to finish using barbells to make your body strong and tone all over.
Because the weights are adjustable, the class is accessible to the beginner as well as the fitness buff.
This 45-minute class meets at 9 a.m. Mondays and Fridays and at 1:15 p.m. Wednesdays. The first class is free. Following classes are $10 per session or purchase a punch pass and get 15 classes for $70. The punch pass works for other classes offered at Snap Fitness.
Participants are welcome to join the 30-minute classes prior to Power Pump as a warm up at 8:30 a.m. at no extra charge. Mondays is the Cardio Interval Express class; Fridays is Cardio Aerobics Express.
