DNR firearms safety class offered in Nisswa
A DNR firearms safety class will be offered from 5:30-8 p.m. Monday-Friday, Sept. 13-17, at the Nisswa Fire Hall (Monday) and the Nisswa Center Community Center (Tuesday-Friday).
Range day will be determined at a later date.
The class costs $15, and snacks will be provided.
Minnesota law requires all people over age 12 to have a Firearms Safety Certificate to purchase a hunting license. Adults and students over 12 (or almost 12) are welcome to take the class.
