Nisswa's Scarecrows on Parade to support HART animal shelter
Nisswa's 2010 Scarecrows on Parade will support Heartland Animal Rescue Team (HART) in Baxter this year.
Adopt a post in Nisswa to decorate as a scarecrow for the Nisswa Fall Harvest Festival and Smokin' Hot Barbecue Contest on Sept. 18. A donation of $5 for the scarecrow post will be donated to HART.
Best scarecrow and runnerup will win prizes.
Decorate your scarecrow Sept. 12-16. Winners will be announced at the Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 18.
