Learn to grocery shop wisely for healthy food for your family in this Pequot Lakes class
Grocery shopping can be confusing, overwhelming and a trying experience.
Meet at a local grocery store for a practical informational tour to help your family shop wisely and eat healthy. This Pequot Lakes Community Education class will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20.
Fee is $10.
Amy Kenow, health and wellness coach, will be the tour guide as participants learn how to navigate through the grocery store with less confusion.
