Open Forum - William Durham addressed Board on membership of Crow Wing County Recreation Trails Plan Advisory Group.

Thiede/Houge - approved minutes of 07/13/10 regular County Board meeting. Motion passed 5 to 0.

Franzen/Thiede - approved agenda of 07/27/10 regular County Board meeting as amended. Motion passed 5 to 0.

Franzen/Nystrom - approved consent agenda. Motion passed 5 to 0.

Thiede/Houge - authorized Crow Wing County to act as fiscal agent for Brainerd Community Foundation Grant for Crow Wing County Drug Court & authorized submittal. Motion passed 5 to 0.

Nystrom/Thiede - opened Public Hearing to Consider Land Exchange between Crow Wing County & John Vukelich at 9:23 a.m. Motion passed 5 to 0.

Nystrom/Franzen - appointed Selection Committee for Community Services Director Position: Commissioners Nystrom & Thiede, County Attorney, Human Resource Director, County Auditor, County Administrator & ISD #181 Superintendent. Motion passed 5 to 0.
