NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 4638 County Road 11, to conduct the following public hearing:

1. Application for a Variance to reconstruct non-conforming dwelling increasing height and size and a Variance from street and side yard setbacks for SSTS installation. David and Deborah Lind, applicants. Property is located at 30367 Pequot Blvd. Parcel ID is: 291070030040009.

All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding these applications are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitygrowth.com.
