The following item(s) will be the subject of a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Breezy Point City Hall:

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: DAVE HARDIE has initiated review of an amendment to ¤153.045 of the Breezy Point City Code to reduce the required City road right-of-way setback requirement from 35' to 30' in the R-3, High Density Residential Zoning District.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: CITY OF BREEZY POINT has initiated review of an ordinance amendment to ¤153.014, deleting a previous moratorium on Adult Uses; along with ¤153.061, ¤153.122, and ¤152.09 allowing permit fees to be established by a resolution of the City Council. A copy of the proposed amendment in its entirety is available at City Hall.
