Scott James Johnson, a/k/a Scott J. Johnson and Donna Marie Johnson, a/k/a Donna M. Johnson,

Plaintiffs,

vs

Richard Tholen and Letty Tholen, the unknown heirs, successors and assigns of the above-named individuals and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,

Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiffs' attorney an Answer to the Complaint that is herewith served upon you within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

The object of this action is to obtain a Judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners of the real property described as follows:

Lot One (1), Block Twenty-one (21), Tingdale Bros., Sherwood Forest on Gull Lake, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder for Cass County, Minnesota.
