Guest speakers Krisie Charnley, of Horizon Health Faith in Action, and Tammy Jopp, of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, will discuss the difference between the normal brain, the aging brain and signs of dementia and other brain disease. They will show how to "age proof" the mind with food, physical motivation and games. Studies show that mental exercises can remain effective for five years. Discover many simple things you can do to keep your mind active. You can check out your own brain "Q" and take control of your brain health.
