Delores Blanchard, age 78, of Pine River, passed away Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008 at Whispering Pines Good Samaritan Center in Pine River. She was born Feb. 11, 1930, in Flint, Michigan, to Fred and Inez Cline.
Delores is survived by her children: Inez Arnold (John) of Nisswa, Walter Blanchard, Jr. of Pine River, James Blanchard (Chris) of Backus, Sue Kron (Al) of Sioux Falls, S.D., Arthur Blanchard of Jenkins; sister, Grace Armstrong of Brainerd; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter William Blanchard Sr., in 1971.
A gathering of friends and family was Aug. 26, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
Arrangements were with Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
