Bernice Elizabeth Henderson, age 76, of Fifty Lakes, died on Aug. 3, 2008, at her daughter's home in Lake City. She was born on Jan. 19, 1932, in Somerset, Wis. to Thomas and Elizabeth (Lemire) Berube. She married Richard Nathan Henderson on Oct. 25, 1947, in St. Paul.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; two sons, Dale (Debra) Henderson of Stillwater, Donald (Diane) Henderson of Breezy Point; two daughters, Joyce (Leonard) Brimacomb of St. Paul, Karen (Ronald) Weigel of Lake City; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held Aug. 6 at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Crosslake, with burial in the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily.
Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
