Mass of Christian Burial was July 6, 2009 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waconia with Father Larry Blake as celebrant of the mass. Final Resting Place at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.

Ruth was born on July 8, 1928 in the Village of Benton in Rural Cologne, Minn., the daughter of Philip and Frances (Biersdorf) Lindner. On Nov. 25, 1950 Ruth was united in marriage to Andrew G. Scheuble at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waconia with Father Joseph Kauer as Celebrant of the mass.

She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew; father and mother, Philip and Frances; brothers Dennis Lindner, Ralph Lindner and Pete Lindner.

Ruth enjoyed painting, walking, the outdoors, sweets and her flowers.

She is survived by daughters Linda (Charles) Joos of Cologne, Laurie Scheuble and David Johnson of State College, Penn., Beth Scheuble and Bob Mauk of Waconia; grandchildren Michael Joos, Nicholas Joos and special friend Jamie Holsworth, Matthew Joos, Sara Mauk, Libby Mauk and Anna Johnson; great-grandson James Joos; sisters and brother-in-law Marcelle Armstrong of Pine River, Dallas and Dale Sherwood of Mankato; brothers and sisters-in-law Earl and Janet Lindner of St. Louis Park, Kenneth and Denette Lindner of Clear Lake, Allen and Sharon Lindner of Chanhassen, Bernie Scheuble of Waconia; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Casket Bearers were Michael Joos, Nicholas Joos, Matthew Joos, Sara Mauk, Libby Mauk, Anna Johnson and James Joos.
