A few days ago in a radio interview (KKIN), the Aitkin County sheriff said that three law enforcement agencies have come out publicly against legalizing "medical" marijuana.
Why? A prescription from a doctor could prevent enforcement of state DUI laws.
Think about it; what responsible doctor would prescribe marijuana? Still, the Minnesota Democratic leadership continues to push for legalization. Any legislator who votes yes to legalization should be replaced in the next election.
