Walter Robert Arseneau, 26, of Pine River has been criminally charged in connection with a home invasion burglary that took place in the City of Chickamaw Beach in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 22.

Pine River Police Chief Joshua Ebert reports that corroborating information and evidence recovered from the victimÕs residence led Pine River and Cass County law enforcement officers to the arrest. Chief Ebert reports that Arseneau has been arraigned in Cass County District Court for first-degree burglary. Currently Walter Arseneau is being held in the Cass County Jail
