The summit is a two-day conference where nationally known speakers will talk about opportunities in building conservation designed communities, and how to apply conservation designed concepts to specific projects.

Presenters include: Randall Arendt, conservation planning expert, author and lecturer; Patrick O'Malley and Ed VonThoma, both with Building Knowledge Consulting Group, energy efficient and high performance building experts. Local presenters: Dann Simms, Tim Ramerth, Janelle Riley and other Brainerd lakes area conservation experts.

This summit is intended for municipality administrators, planners and zoning, developers, builders, architects, lenders, appraisers, real estate brokers and interested general public.
