	Home > Legals Wednesday, March 10, 2010 2:46 PM on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 Public Notice: City of Breezy Point THE CITY OF BREEZY POINT COUNTY OF CROW WING, STATE OF MINNESOTA IN REGARDS TO SEXUALLY-ORIENTED BUSINESS The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 10-005, approved by the City Council of the City of Breezy Point, on the 1st day of March, 2010. The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Chapter 114 and Chapter 153 of the Breezy Point City Code. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to change Adult Uses Principal from an Interim Use in the Commercial District to a Conditional Use in the Agricultural District. The amendment also changes required buffers from residences, churches, schools, liquor establishments, parks and other establishments. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the City Clerk. Passed by the Council this 1st day of March, 2010, by a 5/5 vote of the Council.
