NOTICE OF REGULAR SALE
OF TIMBER ON
FORFEITED LANDS
March 26, 2010
10:00 a.m.
Notice is given that pursuant to Chapter 282.04, Subdivision 1, Minnesota Statutes for the year 2006, as amended, I shall sell to the highest bidder the following timber on Tax Forfeited Lands WITHOUT the sale of the land, in Meeting Room 1 (Lower Level), of the Crow Wing County Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, City of Brainerd, Minnesota, County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota.
The sale of timber will be governed as to terms by the resolution of the Board of Commissioners authorizing the same, and is to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of March, 2010.
Said timber being located on the following tracts:

Timber will be sold to the highest bidder but at not less than the appraised value and in conformity with the forest practices as outlined in the permit.
Bidding shall be on a percentage basis and the right to accept or reject any or all bids is reserved. Timber cut shall be scaled as provided by State Statute.
