	Home > Legals Wednesday, March 10, 2010 2:46 PM on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 Public Notice: City of Breezy Point ORDINANCE NO. 10-004 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 BREEZY POINT CITY CODE FOR THE CITY OF BREEZY POINT COUNTY OF CROW WING, STATE OF MINNESOTA IN REGARDS TO CITY OFFICIALS The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 10-004, approved by the City Council of the City of Breezy Point, on the 1st day of March, 2010. The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Chapter 32 of the Breezy Point City Code. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to change the title of City Administrator to City Administrator/Clerk. This amendment also combines the offices of City Clerk-Treasurer and City Administrator. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the City Clerk. Passed by the Council this 1st day of March, 2010 by a 5/5 vote of the Council.
