It is not difficult to see the similarities between organizing a political campaign and managing a political office. Both require the selection of capable assistants, and both need the leadership of a capable person.
Barack Obama has certainly established his ability to organize an effective political campaign. The probability that he would give our country leadership for an effective government looks to be greater than that of either of his competitors.
