'Dumpster Diving' class offered to grades 3-5
Instructor Barb Hines from the Happy Dancing Turtle will lead students in grades 3-5 through on an afternoon of "Dumpster Diving" from 2:50 to 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, in the Eagle View Elementary School Art Room #230.
The class will use recycled materials to make an invention out of junk that others have thrown away. The "Dumpster Diving" class will show how the 3-Rs - reduce, reuse, recycle - can be used to improve the lifespan of our planet's resources.
Child care can be arranged with Kid Konnection at 562-6109 if you are not able to pick up a child at 4:15 p.m.
The fee for "Dumpster Diving" is $5. A snack will be provided.
