Stonehouse Coffee in Nisswa taking donations to send coffee to those in military serving overseas

Stonehouse Coffee and Roastery in Nisswa Square is helping keep military personnel overseas supplied with good coffee.

Ed Arndt, whose family has ties to Nisswa, is a U.S. Army Ranger serving in the Mideast. He wrote a letter home saying what he wanted for Christmas was good coffee.

His mother, Susan Arndt, approached Stonehouse about the donation program, called Coffee for Ed.

Now people can donate a pound of Stonehouse coffee or cash toward the purchase of a pound of coffee to be sent to the Rangers overseas.

Besides paying the shipping costs, Stonehouse is donating a pound of coffee for every five pounds purchased.

Stop in to make a donation, or go to the business' Web site at www.stonehousecoffee.com to make a donation.
