PL 5th Grade Girls
The Pequot Lakes fifth-grade traveling girls' basketball team, coached by Traci Beavers and John Redding, took first place in the sixth-grade Crosby-Ironton tournament on Saturday, Jan. 28.
The team defeated Aitkin and Deer River, then lost to Crosby-Ironton in round robin-pool play. The team includes, front row: Haylie Beavers, left, Mariah Beavers, Jayda Smith-Redding and Abigail Reigel. Back row: Emma Jo Nevin, Britta Sandelin, Ramsey Moe and Olivia Lane.
