The Pequot Lakes 12U JO volleyball team took second at the 13U Long Prairie Tournament on Saturday, May 13. They defeated Browerville/Eagle Valley, Osakis Starz-S, Avon Orange and Avon White before losing in the championship match against Sauk Centre Slam Black. Vanessa Lane finished the three-day NCAA Division 1 Summit League Outdoor track and field championship with a bronze medal in the heptathlon as she broke her school record with 5,300 points May 11-13, in Fargo.
