Roubal, Burnett both shoot 25 straight for PL

The Pequot Lakes High School trap team raised its team average from 37.7 (out of 50) to 41.4 as two athletes shot 25 straight and 10 shot over 40 during week 3.

Top gun shooting 25 straight was Jacob Roubal, who shot 47 of 50. Christian Burnett also shot 25 straight, ending at 46.

Other top shooters were: David Schroeder, 45; Zach Lyonais, Austin Mesenbrink and Trenton Beyer, all 44; Erik Olson and Jack Keiffer, both 42; Jordan Hall, 41; and Brady Evenson, 40.

There are two more weeks of competitive shooting at 5 p.m. Sundays at the Lakeshore Conservation Club.
