Ostrander, Voight win Run for Women
Allie Ostrander lost her bearings. Angie Voight hadn’t been on the course in nearly five years. Didn’t matter. Ostrander won the five-kilometer race and Voight captured the 10-kilometer as more than 163 competitors turned out Saturday for the LeeShore Center’s Run for Women in Kenai. Ostrander, 14, finished in 19 minutes, 16 seconds, repeating as champion. Voight, 34, crossed the finish line in 42:53.
