Prostate cancer awareness group thanks community

The Kenai Peninsula Prostate Cancer Awareness group would like to extend a big Thank You to all those who helped with the fund raising event at the Peninsula Oilers baseball game on July 3rd at the Coral Seymour baseball park in Kenai.

The fund raising effort for Prostate Cancer Awareness on the Peninsula was sponsored by the Central Peninsula Health Foundation, the Peninsula Oilers and many others including the following supporters:

Central Peninsula Hospital for buying all the admissions to the park, the hot dogs and supplies.

Hot Dog cooking - Duane Bannock, Carol Bannock, Ben Bannock and Kate Jefferson.  

Coca-Cola, serving trailer and serving drinks – Hanna Coffman, Gary and Shelby Toombs.

Peninsula Oilers - Shawn Maltby - General Manager, Diana Tice - Webmaster and Derek Killian – PA Announcer. The Oilers players who wore our blue wrist bands, blue shoelaces and signed the jerseys. Kathy Gensel and Jane Stein who sewed on the jersey patches.
