Area Girls Basketball: Wolhowe scores 1,000th point in Staples-Motley loss

CROSBY—Claire Wolhowe scored her 1,000th point and led all scorers with 34 points in Staples-Motley's 64-52 loss to the Crosby-Ironton Rangers in a Mid-State Conference game Tuesday.

Lily Peterson finished with 20 points and Shyanne Loiland added 19 for the victorious Rangers.
