TRIAD meeting set Aug. 21 in Hackensack
The Cass County Emergency Services Board will be the topic of a TRIAD meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, at the Hackensack Hub. Coffee and desserts will be served.
TRIAD meetings feature a session at the end of the regular meeting focusing on different areas of the sheriff's office. Chad Emery, Cass County emergency management coordinator, and Aaron Isaacs, Hackensack assistant fire chief and president of the Cass County ESB, will explain what the ESB is and how they work to keep the residents and visitors of Cass County safe.
The TRIAD and chaplaincy's fifth annual walleye fish fry will be from 5-6:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Union Congregational Church in Hackensack. Walleye, wild rice hotdish, fry bread, coleslaw and dessert will be served and people can learn about TRIAD and chaplaincy programs. Door prize drawings will be held.
Tickets will be sold at the door only at $15 for adults, $5 for children under 10 and free for children under 5.
The state TRIAD conference will be Oct. 2-3 at Arrowwood in Baxter. It will include speakers, TRIAD information and national TRIAD Director Ed Hutchison. Contact Pauline at 218-547-7308 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
