Browser: P.R. Library to host presentation on haunted places
Friends and neighbors,
As a precursor to Halloween, we are to be visited by Robert and Lynn Halbrook, who will tell us about the most renowned haunted places in Minnesota.
This engaging program is recommended for ages 10 and up. We certainly don't want the little people to be unduly frightened.
The program is scheduled for 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at our Pine River Public Library and is, as always, free. We have the Minnesota Legacy, voted by the people of Minnesota on Nov. 4, 2008, to thank for preserving Minnesota's arts and cultural heritage.
This presentation is titled Minnesota's Stately Spirits. I am intrigued. I certainly hope I am allowed to attend. You should, as well. This is interesting. It begs the question, if there is an afterlife, what does it look like for some of us?
Sincerely, as always,
