Nisswa library to host children's summer reading program

The Nisswa Community Children's Library summer reading program, Build a Better World, kicks off at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 28.

The schedule is as follows:

• June 28: Magicians Robert and Lynn Halbrook.

• July 5: STEM with Alicia Green.

• July 12: Art with Michelle Pfeiffer.

• July 19: Musician Ted Feyder along and an ice cream party.

These programs are free and open to all ages. Stop by the library to get signed up and pick up a reading log to get started.

Crow Wing Power Community Trust and the Nisswa PTO sponsor the summer program.

The library's summer hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with the exception of the four program days when the library will open at 10 a.m.
