I visited a friend one day and was asked, "What would you do with baby bok toy?" I gave her a few simple ideas, such as steaming bok choy and serving with butter or making boiled dinner. For a very summery example, there is a "super salad" formula that goes as follows. Four cups greens + 1-2 cups vegetables + 2 cups optional protein + ½ cup optional add-ins + ½ cup salad dressing. Foil pack recipes can be made with just a few ingredients. I've been experimenting with foil packs for quite some time. A few weeks ago I received several recipes in my email that I started trying.
