Lakes Jam announces lineup for 2018
George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Brantley Gilbert and Locash are the three big headliners Lakes Jam 2018.
Lakes Jam organizers Wednesday announced its full lineup, including the headliners and other rock supporting acts. Lakes Jam is in its sixth year hosting the outdoor music fest, which is the end of June at Brainerd International Raceway, north of Brainerd and Baxter. The dates are June 21-23, 2018.
Rock guitar legend George Thorogood and the Destroyers will bring their 35th anniversary "Bad to the Bone" headlining show to Lakes Jam's rock night on June 23, 2018. Rounding out the rock night on the main stage will be Cinderella's Tom Keifer, Jack Russell's Great White and a Zed-Leppelin cover band.
Country rocker Brantley Gilbert, with single hits of "Bottoms Up" and "Stone Cold Sober," will be the headliner for country night on June 22, 2018. Country stars also performing will be Elizabeth Lyons, The Skahls, Lauren Alaina and Kip Moore.
The first night of Lakes Jam—June 21, 2018—will feature LoCash, the headliner who has performed on the Lakes Jam stage in the past, along with Jake Nelson, Tim Hurley and Ashley McBryde.
Lakes Jam is offering a special discount for general admission for a three-day weekend pass for $89. There are only a limited quantity of tickets at this price and organizers encourage people to purchase them quickly before they run out.
