Pequot Lakes shooters lead conference

Pequot Lakes freshman David Schroeder was Top Gun again for the second time in four weeks for Pequot Lakes trap shoot team hitting 47 out of 50 targets. Pequot Lakes is now in first place in Conference 7 from Class A.

Top Pequot Lakes scores for Week 4 include: David Schroeder 47; Zach Lyonais, Jacob Roubal, Sam Wallace and Austin Mesenbrink 44; Brady Evenson 43; Trenton Beyer and Trent Midthun 42, Christian Burnett 41, Chris Newton 40; and Erik Olson, Jack Keiffer, Jordan Hall and Kirk Johnson 39.

Shane Sepin had a 47 and Kayla Adkins with 42 to earn Top Gun honors for Pine River-Backus for Week 4. The PR-B trap shooting team is currently in fourth place in Conference 5AA.
