PR-B loses JV games


Clearbrook-Gonvick edged the host Pine River-Backus junior varsity girls’ basketball team 31-29 on Friday, Feb. 14.

Leading the Tigers, 9-12 overall, in scoring were Annie Semmler with 12, Alyssa Semmler eight, Baily Wynn five, and Kylie Gaetz and Taylor Kaczkowski each with two. On Thursday, Feb. 13, the Tigers were defeated by Wadena-Deer Creek 31-21. Gaetz finished with six points, Emma Mills five, Alyssa Semmler four, and Annie Semmler, Wynn and Hansen each had two.
