Shot put, discus area sees improvements

This last Saturday morning, shot put and discus throwers of the Pequot Lakes track and field team along with coaches Taylor Stevenson and Bud Bjornaraa set up a new throwing area. The area utilized an unused area next to the storage shed, south of the track. The crew from Swenson Aggregate created a new service road and fixed the drainage of that area and helped set forms for the three new shot put areas and discus area.
