Patriots lose 28-0 in Section 8AAA final

Second-seeded Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton scored all of its points in an eight-minute span of the second quarter in a 28-0 win over the No. 4 Pequot Lakes Patriots in the Section 8AAA football championship game on Thursday, Oct. 31, in the Fargodome.

The Rebels’ Chad Johnson rushed for 135 of his 142 yards in the first half as D-G-F gained 330 yards of total offense compared to the Patriots’ 130.

D-G-F improves to 8-2 overall and advances to the Class AAA state quarterfinals while Pequot Lakes finishes 5-6.
