Sievers upsets former Crosslake Disc Golf Tournament champion

Email

The rain stopped just in time for the 2 p.m. tee off of the fourth annual Crosslake Disc Golf Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The match was close with Todd Huttner and Rick Sievers tied at the end of 18 holes with 65 each. At the fourth hole of the playoff, Sievers won, defeating last year’s champion, Huttner.

Even with the windy, cloudy day, it was an exciting match and leaders agreed to a rematch at next year’s tournament.
